PAYMENT SOLUTION DIAGNOSIS

Start With the Right Payment Direction

Whether you are launching a Web3 project, FinTech product, iGaming platform or another digital business, the same payment solution will not work for every business.

The right setup depends on how funds move, where the business and its customers are located, which currencies and digital assets are involved, how settlement should work and what providers can support the business model.

That is why we recommend starting with a Payment Solution Diagnosis.

We review your business, payment requirements and existing infrastructure to identify the most suitable solution, the related requirements and the practical next steps.

Payment questions are rarely isolated. The recommended setup may also depend on company structure, licensing, banking, compliance, settlement and technical integration.

Pre-session business review + 60-minute diagnosis – $300 paid upfront.

If we continue working together after the session, the $300 fee is deducted from your future Business Expansion invoice.

How Payment Solution Diagnosis Works

Payment Solution Diagnosis combines the analysis we complete before the call with a 60-minute working session focused on your project, payment requirements and possible ways forward.

01

Send Your Request

Tell us what you are building, share a link to your project and briefly explain what payment issue you are trying to solve, what you want to improve or where you are currently stuck.

02

Initial Review

We first review your request. If the situation is straightforward and the right next step is already clear, we will recommend the relevant solution without turning it into a paid diagnosis.

03

Share Your Materials

After paying the $300 diagnosis fee, send us the materials you already have, such as presentations, company information, payment requirements, transaction flows, target markets, provider responses or other relevant context.

There is no need to prepare anything specifically for the diagnosis.

04

Payment Solution Analysis

Before the session, we study your business model, how funds need to move, what payment options may fit your specific case and which related banking, licensing, settlement or technical requirements could affect the final setup.

05

60-Minute Diagnosis

During the session, we go through the analysis together, compare the most suitable options and clarify the payment setup, related requirements, limitations and practical next steps.

By the end of the call, the separate parts of the situation come together into a practical direction for implementation.

What You Leave With

Payment Solution Diagnosis does not include a complete payment architecture, technical specification, guaranteed provider approval or a separate implementation document.

It gives founders and teams a clear understanding of which payment solution and infrastructure configuration is most suitable for their specific business, operating model and payment flows.

You leave with a clearer view of:

  • which payment solution and infrastructure configuration best fits your specific business;
  • how your markets, currencies, transaction flows and existing setup affect the available options;
  • which payment, settlement, banking and provider components may be required;
  • how licensing, company structure and technical requirements may influence the setup;
  • which limitations, dependencies and risks need to be addressed;
  • which implementation route to follow and what should happen next.

Some recommendations may be clear enough for your existing team to implement independently.

Where further support is required, Business Expansion can help with the relevant next stage, including provider selection, onboarding preparation, payment infrastructure implementation, banking support, licensing, company setup or coordination of technical integration.

Technical implementation can be completed by CodeSolution or by your development team.

Payment Solution Diagnosis

Why Start With Business Expansion

There are many payment solutions and providers available, but each provider usually assesses a business through the limits of its own products, supported markets and internal requirements.

They can explain whether their solution may work for your business, but they are not designed to compare the wider market, recommend competing options or build a setup that combines different payment, banking, settlement or technical components.

Business Expansion starts with your business requirements rather than one predefined product.

We review how payments need to work in your specific case, which options may fit and whether the most suitable route involves one provider, several providers or a different infrastructure model.
